£22,054 - £24,187 per year for 37 hours per week, pro rata
Plus £1000 car user allowance per year
Come and join a supportive and professional team delivering a responsive service to people who have been rough sleeping in the Hastings/Rother area. You will provide intensive support to clients in their (Housing First Properties).
You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team to ensure individual's support needs are identified and addressed in a holistic manner. The successful candidate will have a flexible and dynamic approach to working with people who may present with complex needs, having experienced trauma and homelessness.
Full training and induction will be provided for all successful candidates
