We’re recruiting Support Workers to join this service in Donnington which is home to 5 women with learning disabilities.
Our role is to promote independence and choice for our clients. We provide 24-hour support and have a rolling rota, you’ll know your shift pattern well in advance.
No two days are the same at Windebanks; one day you may be at home taking part in art and crafts, and the next day could be a trip to the theatre. The clients enjoy being busy, involved in activities and trying new things. They also like to spend time together having BBQs, pamper sessions and karaoke nights. The service has a warm, family feel and is located on a bus route, 15 minutes walk from the town centre.
