If you’d like a job facilitating reflective practice so that staff, managers and teams can develop their awareness, practice and self-care, we have the job for you.
This is a new post and reflects our commitment to psychologically and trauma informed approaches, as well as staff well-being and development.
You will be facilitating regular reflective practice groups for staff and managers, and reflective sessions after incidents or difficult times. You will play a key role in developing different models of reflective practice to meet the needs of Southdown’s diverse services.
If you have experience working in community services, and great facilitation skills, we’d love to hear from you. We believe that you need to be a driver with access to a car to carry out this role. You need to be able to travel across Sussex, including to services/venues in towns without a train station.
