We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join this established service in Worthing for 6 adults with learning and some physical disabilities.
The service aims to support the clients to participate fully in all aspects of their homes and out in the community. We work closely as a team to achieve this and to maintain our excellent standards; therefore, the ability to communicate clearly and contribute ideas is important to the continued success of this service.
The main role of a Senior Support Worker involves role modelling good practice to the team, being creative in promoting active support within the service and excellent practice with Great Interactions. Also supporting Staff and giving feedback and supporting the Management team. With good practice in relation to moving and handling and excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, you will play a really important role in being the link between the team and the managers.
