We’re looking for Mental Health Coordinators to work in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust and local GP’s. These are innovative roles to provide targeted mental health and holistic support.
The role will work alongside GP’s to access and provide short term, early intervention support in a primary care setting. The support is a mainly a non-medical approach, utilising multidisciplinary networks for complex mental health needs.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training – we’ll invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed. You’ll join a supportive, flexible team and be working for one of the leading providers of mental health services in Sussex.
