If so, then look no further, as we have an exciting opportunity for a new Senior Support Worker.
At Southdown Road we support 7 clients to participate fully in all aspects of their home and out in the community. You will work closely with a team of Support Workers to achieve this and to maintain our excellent standards.
You will work in partnership with the Service Manager and Deputy Manager to oversee the day to day running of the service, you will also take a creative lead in building day services programmes both in and out the service, whilst role modelling best practice.
